Rick has a strong data protection background, he came from Druva where he was VP of sales for the west region and stayed there more than 3 years. Before he spent 3 months at ElasticBox and previously a long tenure at Data Domain then EMC. He also appeared at Dell, Cisco and SGI at various product and sales positions.
