HYCU, emerging player in data protection for virtual environments and well known for its Nutanix solution, makes a serious product announcement with a Backup-as-a-Service offering for Google Cloud Platform. This product named HYCU for GCP is a fully managed solution protecting VMs, everything is automated and simple. Key for adoption, it is available on the GCP marketplace and billed through Google. The product leverages Google snapshots, IAM and object storage to make things fully integrated and transparent. This is the first product of this category to be available for GCP and it represents also a key initiative for HYCU.
